inre U2's. Looks like a classic case of "knock this off my shoulder, I dare ya...... The Russians did..... can't you, neener, neener, kiss my......" Otherwise we'd use the satellites as you said or maybe the Blackbird. They have absolutely no chance at all of knocking down a Blackbird, but instead we put up the U2. Now they don't have much chance of shooting down a U2 either, BUT it's probably real tempting to try. They shoot at the U2 and we have a great excuse to kick ass, take names and "observe" any damn thing we want to. I can't believe the Iraqis still follow that A-hole. They shoulda let Stormin' Norman finish the job when he had a chance.
