Foreign Policy Baffles the Tea Party

The world sure is a complicated place these days, what with all of the wars, leaky nuclear stuff, illegal aliens and those goddamn weirdo Europeans doing European things all the time. There's a lot to digest! And now that Tea Party Patriots™ are forced to actually participate in government things, well, it's a bit overwhelming trying to find a cohesive policy on anything.

NPR took the pulse of the average Tea Party Patriot™, now faced with having to take a stance on a new war in Libya. Take Alan Davis, from Ohio, who doesn't know what the heck any of this crap going on over there in the desert is about:

"I don't know. I don't know. I don't know," he said. "The world is much too confusing. This is bad. It gets complicated. ... Do we get involved in foreign things or not? We're already so doggone involved."

Good point actually, we are pretty doggone involved all over the dang place. And David Show from Pennsylvania just goes with the standard USA Number 1 Fuck You Goddamn Europeans theme:

"It's great to have the other countries involved with it, but when it boils down to it, we are the country that's done the great things in the world," he said. "We are the leaders, and that's a role we still have to have."

It sure does suck when there's more to do than wave very questionable signs and put on stupid period outfits, doggonit.
