No Al, it's incredulous that the Attorney General of the USA would hold himself above reproach and above criticism from the voting public and its representatives in Congress.

Dismissing their concerns is typical of liberal elitists who think they know more than everyone else. And for what?

You're fooling yourself if you think this is all about ensuring convictions for known terrorists. Most people see the domestic trials as part of the liberal ideology that there is no "war" on terrorism. No war, no military tribunals. Just treat it like law enforcement.

And to see you run from the argument doesn't surprise me in the least, given your habit of running away from indefensible positions. Such as why Eric Holder would do a flip-flop instead of sticking to his beliefs. You really buy the notion that his hand was forced? LOL ...
