Ken, Glad to see you back posting. I sure missed your excellent posts.

Sure, it's hard to fight ghost products - but these things keep coming
and the shorts takes full advantage of them. If you are correct that
IOMG already knew about the UHC floppy technology before developing
the Zip, I would feel very good about the Zip 100 's chance vs. the
Mitsumi/Swan drive.

The word "standard" is being used quite loosely nowaday. Compag and
Imation talked often about establishing LS120 as the new floppy standard,
and no one yet seen the LS120 in stores. Now Mitsumi/Swan is talking
about establishing their UHC drives/disks as new floppy standard - and
they have yet to introduce the drive, much less having it on the market
to compete with Zip and LS120.

When it boils down to it, I believe IOMG 's great management team
will be the deciding factor for Zip to win in this race. So far, they are
ahead of everyone by several miles in a 10-mile race and show no
sign of slowing down.

However, I think the stock price will suffer for a while -- until investors
are sure that great sale and revenue growth is still intact -- which may
take a couple of great quarterly reports.
