I write out of the $ calls every month and haven't been burned yet. When I write them I always ask myself if I would be willing to sell the stock at the strike price in 3-4 weeks. Obviously, that is why I wrote the 30's. I think I'm safe here. Worst case the stock will back and fill after a run. You and I are on opposite sides of the fence... huh??? I am a long term holder who writes out of the $ calls as a conservative way of generating income and building wealth. You are a speculator who purchases calls hoping for runs. Different roads lead to the same place$
