James - Re: "Competitors' 166 and 200 will slice the big Intel's pie next year." I think you are failing to grasp Intel's objectives. They will be selling Pentium II devices with >233 MHz speed at nearly the same price point as competitive 6x86MX and K6 devices that run at 200 MHz or less. Intel will make the Pentium II as the entry level CPU of choice. It worked for Intel during the 286 -> 386, 386 -> 486, 486 -> Pentium transitions. It will probably work again. Paul
