These are the Senate Dems who voted to dilute the existing clean air act. Of course all the Rs voted to dilute. If you go through the names, you will see most of the Dem Senators are from resource rich states. Its clear their vote was prompted by the corps. in those states. The corps. are saying.......if you don't vote to dilute, then residents of your state will lose jobs.
