Agree.

Once we have the results of the audit I hope we will have a better
idea of the extent of the problem and how it will affect S3 today,
in the near term and the future.

If I have checked well there are 6 lawsuits out there by seven (7)
"specialist" law firms. Three included all or part of 1996, of which
one included Deloitte & Touche.

If it turns out that the problem only affected 1997 quarters these firms
may have to refile.

Also, there is quite a range of which entities and which persons are
being sued.

It is likely that the court will force a consolidated litigation, if at all
it comes to that.

While I agree that the suits are a nuisance, they probably won't go
away for some time.
