That's not true...i think i have made a different case for it.

That's demonstrating to the world and, more importantly, to the Arab world that our system of law is so bogged down and ineffective that we don't know what to do with a known terrorist who is responsible for the deaths of thousands.

That's one way to look at it...

I've pointed out many times how complications can lead to the release and acquittal of KSM, but you keep ignoring it. It's clear to me that Eric Holder is also ignoring those complications as well, especially when he arrogantly declares that he knows more than the rest of us. Fine, then how about acknowledging the complications, such as KSM's claim that he was waterboarded 182 times?


Do you really think you can second guess the AG of the US? C'mon man...this kind of presumption is ridiculous. To have an opinion is one thing, but to write with such authoritative indignation on a complex legal topic...c'mon.
