It is enough said if you want to put forth a weak, unintelligent, 100% ideological argument. If, OTOH, you want to look at the facts, it doesn't even make a start.

Here's a fact for you. The ROW considers Bush to be a war criminal. Consequently, his lawyers have advised him not to leave the country. A new first......a former US president afraid he might get arrested as a war criminal overseas. Not impressed and neither should you be....but then you are you.
