Gaddafi was cozying up to the West. Did you see how he hired Monitor to build his image with the west, suggest ways to make his economy competitive, and educate his son?

He's a ruthless dictator who had exported terrorism and murdered innocents. But, since 2003, he has been no threat to us. ZERO.

Can we say the same for the rebels?
