The news released about AOL's use of COMs modem is really a smart last bit effort to counter the slide in its shares due to a downgrade from Cowens. For AOL, at almost all the locations now 56KFlex has already muscled ahead of X2. In some cases it is as bad as 5 flex per x2 numbers.
