Just listened to the presser...it's true, and the results have been verified and made official with the State of Wis. according to the County Clerk. Sounds like honest human error with the spreadsheet upload. But there is also a back story on this with the County Clerk refusing to upgrade equipment and fighting with the County Board prior to the election. The Left will now become completely unhinged.
