This really is my absolutely last post to you, because it is abundantly clear that you are incapable of looking at things in anything but a negative light.

That's your way of looking at it.
Mine is this. Y2k remediation is a learn-as-you-fly operation. The company is TOTALY above board in explaining that BOTH the customers, and the company have been experiencing problems in packaging. Jeff explained this in detail.
This does not suprise me, or anyone else on this board - any more.
Obviously the company is dealing with this problem, learning as the work flows, and I see no reason to think that they are not getting better - all the time.
No doubt we will find out, if my thinking is correct, or if yours is.
