So I'm in the elevator at the Capitol yesterday, riding down with a Democrat Rep, stops at a floor and another Democrat Rep gets on. Young kid, greenhorn. Rep says to him, "I understand you're a co-sponsor of one of the bills coming out of Finance." Kid says, "I am? Which one is that?"
