i had the rights to james taylor original flying machine 1967 through a bankruptcy. it was a record club of america pick. i went after record club of america for royalties. they said they sold a very few albums. i got hold of the company that made the album covers. i got reports that they sold record club of america a lot of album covers and then a lot more and then a lot more. so, it was reasonable to assume they sold the first few orders before ordering the last batch. then, they said they shipped the albums - but they didn't sell them. they were picked as free albums. they had deals where you buy one album and get three free - well these were almost always the free ones. i served them with a notice to admit. they ignored it. so my allegations were deemed admitted. but, then record club of america went bankrupt. i kept my bankruptcy open for years to collect the dividend in the record club case.

it could be a play on sweet baby james.
