but then i also started him buying way back when
by and by he is much better off than before
also had convinced him to pass on selling his hk properties some two years ago, and he is better off on that allocation by 100+%
so i am still flavor of bull-to-date

my direction is still as was, raise cash
sell down paper, buy physical with gains
hold tight to hk real estate, gold that yields
ready to add both as and when
time horizon = 6 months
trouble with a 1.0 correlation world is that as and when things move, they move mostly in the same direction
i believe, pending tally, i am still 30-35% in pm
what i sold was mostly my paper platinum spec
so, yes, i sinned, but only lightly, really, truly, but a sin in all cases, for sure |
