Shane and others: There are not any comments regarding the repricing of options in the latest 10-q for period ending 9/30/97. If anyone is interested the SEC filings are available for free. One way to access LSI's filings is via LSI's home page under investor and subsequently SEC filings. As of a few hours ago the latest SEC filing was not available via the LSI home page. However, one can access the filing via YAHOO by typing in FREE EDGAR and then clicking on search filings.
