My guess is the left is going apoplectic about now. They lost the stimulus crap. Obamacare and Planned Parenthood will be up for votes in the Senate. And my guess is NPR and the EPA are still on the chopping block for 2012 – now only a short 6 months from today.>

We all have our priorities and druthers, but for me, NPR and Planned Parenthood and other social conservative pet peeves are chump change on the back burner compared to dealing with the massive deficits that will destroy this country if not dealt with in a meaningful way, and soon.

Killing Obamacare is a large and important part of that effort, and a worthwhile start. The whole "entitlement" beast needs to be attacked as well. But throttling the radical, out of control, energy killing EPA is equally important, IMO. The eco loonies attempting to drain the energy that provides the lifeblood to our economy is at least as big a threat as the gangrenous government monster that's well on its way to spending and regulating us into insolvency..

The GOP and TEA Party need to maintain a laser beam focus on the economy, and not get sidetracked into arguing with the left over piddly stuff like public radio if they want to take back the White House and Senate next year and make the necessary, meaningful and positive changes needed in order to head off the suicidal fiscal train wreck that this country is currently careening towards..

And while I'm ranting, extracting our over extended military from barbaric dung heaps like Afghanistan is important as well. IMO, that rat hole isn't worth the life of even one more of our soldiers. And why in the hell should we be borrowing money from the Chinese in order to fund the "defense" of rich countries of the EU and in South Korea?? Let them pay for their own military and security....
