I guess it would depend on what the cost of enforcement is vis-a-vis the increased amount of child support that gets collected. I believe the government does maintain a directory of 'deadbeat dads'. Most of the enforcement costs would still be born by the woman who hires an attorney and goes to court.

Should I assume you don't care if men can move out of state and stop paying child support with impunity?
