I believe a child begins at conception. Some prochoice people don't have any issues discussing their views and can support them, such as it's not a child until the umbilical cord is cut. I respect that, thought I disagree with it.

Some old men in 1973 decided it's not a child until 24 weeks. There are children running around today that were removed from their mothers before 24 weeks.

It's time to revisit this 1974 court ruling.

So in your belief, when does it become a child and what occurred at that moment in time?
