Thanks LindyBill. So the only line that really matters is the Omega-3 line? For instance, "Omega-3 300mg."

If I want 1500mg/day of Omega 3 then I take 300mg x 5 caps per day, no? Ignore everything else.

Sorry to be so elementary about this, but I just want to make sure. I recently mentioned to a doctor that I take 2-3 fish oil caps a day. He said, "Oh heck, I take ten myself." So that caught me by surprise.
