I'm surprised that the egalitarians haven't declared that all monkeys, chimps, apes, and orangutans at the zoos are actually less intelligent human beings, and thereforce recognized as equal citizens under the law and afforded special class protection in accordance with civil rights laws.

Then, the Democratic Party could manage additional redistribution of wealth programs for the primates, sue on their behalf, and teach them to press the BLUE button during elections in exchange for a banana reward. -ng-
