It does not provide ANY evidence that Obama was a natural born citizen. Natural born citizen is not the same as born in the US. I'm a US citizen, my wife is not. We have two kids, both born outside the US. As far as I know they're both natural born US citizens. What else would they be - they've had US citizenship from birth. I think natural born citizen is opposed to naturalized citizen, where the kids is born with a non-US nationality and at some point immigrates and gains citizenship. So even if Obama were born in Japan to a US citizen mother and a Kenyan father, he's probably still a natural born citizen.
