Jaime,
I've read this thread for a while and thought your comments about BMW needed a response.

a) BMW does have airbags in the door panels
b) BMW does not acknowledge Simula as the creator of the ITS in any of its publications, so how could SMU demand anything from them??

I was involved with SMU's IPO, and have owned and followed them since then.
