To intentionally pull a ten year old quote by a respected public servant supporting action by a previous government, then a decade later intentionally re-publish it to support spending that was questionable in the first place is hardly "an honest mistake." The act required premeditation, planning, careful execution and intent: to deceive the Canadian public. You call it an honest mistake. I call it fraud. Jim
