About his hometown of Winchester, VA, where US made Rubbermaid comes in and sets up a damn near sweat shop, with the town's fathers and mothers in too full compliance because it brings in more business, wealth to themselves.. Giving big corporations, no matter where they come from, all the breaks, because some break crumbs will fall their way, like RE sales, liar loans for further development, leases, etc..
These semi small cities, large towns, in that neck of the woods, the fathers and mothers of such, will raise their skirts, bat their eyes, drop their pants, wag their waggers, whatever it takes, at any big corporation coming through looking for tax breaks, cheap, docile labor that don't question authority, etc...
Because it means extra bucks for these local muckity mucks that take LOCAL advantage of their own..
And sometime I will talk about the religion that is involved in all of this.. But I don't have time.. No that's not true, I just don't want to continue at this time..
Maybe, in a few minutes, or a few months or maybe years,, I don't know, I have to go sit outside for awhile and watch my dear Rose lose her cosmetic, snow cap.. :) |
