Ira: Unfortunately even if a stock is fundamentally undervalued the market will take the stock lower based on the short term trend. The short term trend is directly influenced by emotions of the crowd - not fundamental value.

It is only in the long term that an investor who has purchased such an undervalued stock can expect to see a stock trade for its underlying fundamental value.

Traders are not investors. Investors are not traders.

Cheers!
