No penalty to Obama for fraud and subverting the Constitutional requirement to be a citizen?

Actually the point is that one must be born in the US. Just being a citizen is not enough.

To answer your question, all this is just guesses and speculations. Quite likely we'll never know the facts with certainty. Could it be that Obama himself may not be 100% certain?

In any case, the best case scenario, imo, is that Mr. Obama should hire some practical, more centrist advisors... that he should peacefully finish his term.... and NOT get reelected.

All this secrecy and mystery about him and his life may have helped him politically in the past - since it is easier for the public to project their hopes and wishes on someone who is not very clearly defined, who is vague.... But at this time that may start working against him. Many of his supporters may start wondering what's really up with that man. All those floating questions, including the controversy about his place of birth, may add up to become a real problem.
