Donner Minerals Ltd - 60,000 shares for nsr royalty Donner Minerals Ltd DML Shares issued 24279502 1997-11-13 close $1.76 Friday Nov 14 1997 Mr David Patterson reports The VSE has accepted for filing an agreement dated July 17 1997, whereby Donner will issue 60,000 shares to Cirque Minerals in consideration of the termination of the 3% nsr royalty against three map staked licenses within the South Voisey Bay project. The licenses for part of the Donner/Cypress joint venture. The shares are subject to a hold period expiring July 17 1998. No finder's fees or commissions have been issued in connection with the above transaction.
