Across our matrix Inertia is so thick you cant cut it with a knife. Many code 14's as the derivative players and thier price artifacts are met with no sellers. Stock is not being sold by them that invests.

As the only segment of the community of players operating within the Multi Valued reference space we call the market, Investors, are the only segment who control meaningful supply because investors actually attempt to codify valuation within the legally defined constraints built into the process of making companies, public companies..

Most of the players surrounding investors are simply churn brokers. Scalpers, manifesting little or no knowledge about the pogroms which give rise to thier efforts. The mouthpiece functions provide steady streams of half truths about valuation which ultimately reduce too arbitrary and capricious behavior as permitted under the terms of plausible denyability.

Due to the markets Relative float constant, targeting investor holdings is all there is, stocks are supply constrained, by law...
Opportunists as in hierarchal systemic interests, have circumvented the legal supply constraints with a utility function.

The utility function is disconnect from law, and offers plausible deny ability for the intent which the utility function extrapolates outward onto everyone in rations relative to specific goals..
