I also know that the troops could defend themselves under George Bush while under Brilliant Barry they have to wait to be fired on and they cannot fire at people in civilian dress unless they see a weapon aimed at them. Thus someone can fire a shot and hide their weapon and walk away to fire another day.
Doesn't make sense to me. If I were in charge i would take all the bodies of anyone killed by NATO troops and severe the head and replace that head on the body of a pig and the pigs head on their body and bury the bodies in two different unknown sites. See how fast the conflict would end.
