Joe, I am not buying or shorting this stock. Nothing I have said is slanderous. You may not like it, and it may be mean, but it is not slanderous. As for your job offer, I think you should check with your wife before you renew any such offer. I will be in Los Angeles for a week over Thanksgiving, and it would be interesting to meet with you after this last year. Is that $75,000 in cash or stock. Dan Perlow
