Bob:
First, the net earnings per share are less than half half that last year. Glad to see they have over 3 million in cash. A little shocked though at the number of shares outstanding--22,894,163. What do they mean by "weighted average", anyway??? I thought the comapny announced in the spring that they were going to buy back 5% of the outstanding shares--in September 30 ,1996 there were 22,172,633 shares outstanding. Where did the 800,000 shares come from??? Did the company buy back any shares??? Information appreciated.

Overall, I concur that Mytec looks like a cheap buy with probably greater up risk and down. Will the latest report cause the price to rise?? I hope so, but in this market you never know. The contract they announced last week did nothing to appreciate the price, in fact it closede down 50 cents for the week.

Regards

Stevie
