Yes, they will tell you that and that is why Bateman put there out where they did. BD's approach was even stricter. Why do you think Bateman is there. You are a writer, go read it again. They are off the hook with those two statements. BD refused to say it, Bateman allowed the use of the words "likely not", instead of "NOT LIKELY". In the end nobody will be able to tell shit from shinola on this play and you know what, nobody cares. The sheep line up, the game goes on and everybody gets what they want, except the small investor. It really is sad.

Professional reputations will eventually be lost, lawsuits will ensue, all in vain, they don't lie, they just count on a statistical percentage of humans to be dreamers.
