None really.

The real purpose of publicly funded health care is to increase access to those who normally can't afford any, not to improve or maintain the existing quality or efficiency thereof.

Many people, even on this thread, are under the assumption that "Medicare for everyone" will be so good and will solve all the problems that Michael Moore exhibited in his documentary "Sicko." They are going to be in for a real shock.
