In some practices, this is what happens. In others, not.

But you keep saying PAs "save money", yet you cannot explain how this occurs given the reimbursement rates for a PA who is supervised by a physician are the same as the physician fee schedule.

Please explain this. While it is true that a nonsupervised PA is reimbursed at only 85%, you are also substantially comprising the quality of care.
