Brad, looks like you've been following this stock for quite a while. Based on their filings, CVIA don't have anything to offer to the other company (whoever they're planning to merge with), except their $2M operating loss that can be used by the other company to reduce their taxes. I'd like to know what you think about it. P.S. I also liked the fact they've updated their website.
