Not informed about his plans and such, but am informed about the street. The street has control of the Price Artifact, and wields control deterministically. Irresponsibly, without recognition of its own foundations which are legally rooted in Supply and demand.

Owners of stock are disconnect from the price mechanisms, wall street has seen to that. Wall street has problems lots of them, public awareness about said problems is growing.

We identify the broadest facts about the holistic sum market, and work backward to get a complete understanding of how wall street games its customers, share owners.

The following table represents the best holistic image of wall street over the last + decade; It depicts the declining market float, the making of scarcity.

Many (not all) CEO's cede responsibility for strategic and tactical performance to scripts written for them by wall street. The above depicted data is an indictment of the current inertia laid across the landscape of investing by subordinating interests, with little or no degrees of freedom.

Investors who actually own the greatest % of stock outstanding, are subject to the whims and where with alls of a complex operating beyond the scope of its legal authority.

Time for More Nazdaq CEOs to fish, the facts about thier own conditions, are all contained within the gross numbers above.
Management of the malfeasance boundary as primary goal tending, to satisfy wall street, versus duties to share owners, has got to stop.
