So, is this what you're arguing for when you are pushing PAs and APNs over physicians for those who are less fortunate than you?

My family has been served by a PA...the assumption that this is lesser care is yours not mine. Furthermore, considering that millions have NO care at all, then I suppose PAs can be a welcome improvement.

I am simply following your strange lines of "reasoning" here inode.
