Medicaid and Medicare have already shown themselves to be grossly incompetent look node, your mind is so polluted by antigovernment garbage that you can't be rational about any of this stuff. You think the solution to a program that mandates fees and costs is to remove these controls and give them a voucher to go shop around? GIVE ME A F____ING BREAK...seniors are the most expensive medical demographic in the country, their cost would go through the roof and the vouchers would be a ticket to fiscal disaster for many of them...that's is not a solution, it's cruel fantasy. You compare the gargantuan problem of medicare/aid to a program like Part D? That's a joke...administering part D is child's play for chris' sake. By the way, the government that is administering part D is the same one managing medicare...give me a break... Al
