Tito,

What is the preferred strategy for selecting a time horizon? How far out of the money and in the future do you go and/or recommend?

That is essentially the big hang up I have w/options - predicting direction, magnitude, and time. The only other options I am involved with are illiquid (equity in the privately held start up that I work for) and have never really given it much thought.
