I wouldn't be too concerned about that.

The Watson Project's Director was interviewed in TIME awhile back explaining that Watson was programmed by humans to process input and calculate responses. He disputed the statement that Watson had anything approaching human intelligence. Sure, computers can be programmed to recognize jokes and respond with a canned laugh but that doesn't mean they get the joke.

Computers can perform many tasks better and faster than humans, but an electric drill can drill a hole faster than a carpenter with a manual drill - that doesn't mean the computer will own the factory.

It's going to take a lot longer than the futurists think before computers have anything approaching intelligence.

In the nearer-than-we-think future, corporations will be RUN by AI's like Watson. Their reason for existence, what they will work day and night, 365 to achieve, will be the MOST profit at the LEAST cost, nothing else. They will transform and rule the working world.
