Can anybody think of a reason why I shouldn't
put a 35W i3-2100T (Sandy Bridge LGA 1155)
and compatible mainboard in a fairly low
powered used power supply & case?

For instance, I have a Dell case and power supply
that runs a Pentium D--this new CPU would draw
much less power.

I could use my current DVD writer, HDD, case and
power, and the upgrade will only set me back $250
for an inexpensive (asrock) mainboard, ddr3 memory
and that cpu.
