A demonstrably false claim when administrative costs are evaluated rationally. I've posted the analysis at least 20 times here. You simply cannot evaluate this rationally by looking at it the way CBO does. You have to take into account the size and number of the claims flowing to Medicare versus other carriers because Medicare beneficiaries are not the same as commercial insurance beneficiaries. And you also have to take into account that commercial insurance stops fraud whereas Medicare doesn't.

But those payments are higher why? Because they are subsidizing the f*ckign federal and state governments., which would no longer be required.
