I, too, became concerned with the price action lately, particularly in light of the high volume, so I called the company today. I spoke to Mr. Riner who was also perplexed by the price.

He insists that no fundamentals have changed since earnings were announced. They still indicate that they intend to announce a cruise line deal by the end of the year, as they said publicly. He indicated thay they have demoed the system, and/or are in some stage of discussions, with 5 different cruise lines representing 90% of the cruise market. The "land based" business continues to be strong.

He suggested that a negative press release from Interactive Flight Technology may have had something to do with he downward price pressure. They may be suffering collateral damage.

I asked specifically about the deal announced about a year ago for a South African aircraft system. Origninally I understood that this was to deliver last April. It has not yet delivered because the customer is still awaiting government approval for the charter route they are starting. This is not a dead deal and has not yet been reflected in the earnings.

I came away still feeling like this company has a better than even chance of landing at least one deal of significance that could bring enough noteriety to move this stock up sharply. At the current price I could not help myself but to buy more shares! I just don't see alot of downside at these levels. Here's hoping I'm right!
