JOhn, take the monthly publication times 14 years. Plus all the books I have from them. It's allot. Yes, Satan is in bottomless pit for only 1000 yrs. then he is put in Lake of fire for eternity. Angels including satan had the right to choose but if they chose wrong one time then they wre eternally damned. Man on the other hand was given free will. Of course mankind just like angels live forever, that is our spirit lives forever. Angels are spirits and they live forever. Go read your last sentence of your post again... I like it put that way. Do you know that there are other angels that are already bound in another underworld compartment called tartorus. I'll find the referenced but they committed some bigger sins ...Peter talked about it. So in all there are 6 underworld compartments that are mentioned in the Bible. Not just bottomless pit and Hell.
