On the contrary, unions are one of the reasons why states do not have the flexibility in cutting budgets. Dennis Kucinich forced an answer out of Scott Walker and ran with it. He's not interested in hearing about how unions help contribute to the problem of budget deficits. All he's interested in is scoring political points. Tenchusatsu
