Might be wrong. Dropping money multiplier, rising
reserves (monetary base) and flat M3
just indicates that banks are not finding a lot
of creditworthy folks and businesses to lend Fed's money to.
Ditto rising reserves... But it IS being printed.

If the multiplier improves, inflation will skyrocket.

On the other hand, if banks actually need higher
reserves for something... like cover rising defaults, we R in
trouble.

The look of things - the Fed is trying HARD to get
the credit system going, but it ain't going. It
improved a lot, for sure -g-
