ok, thanks Bob. There's been some discussion on RagingBull, IHub and the Kitchen, but not much. One person suggested it is all a manipulation by insiders buying to make a profit.

A fundamental reason suggested is to bring more liquidity for financing (I think that means investment in return for shares), but I don't quite understand that. The thing that seems most clear to me is that the forward is related to the reasons for the price rise.

I tend to believe this is all a sign of very good developments:
*A new director
*2 new financings
*steady and persistent price rise
*2 recent awards and the introduction of an entirely new product (winning the Platinum!)
*forward split

It would have to be a very slimy company to be orchestrating all of this as a price manipulation move, and I just don't believe it. I think this is real and we will find out soon just how good it really must be.
